Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

You will need to share:
- Order Number
- Clear unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Full refund if a replacement is not available
Important Product Condition Note
Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences, small surface marks, or outer packaging damage that do not affect the product functionality or play experience are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process

- Once approved, our team will share return instructions and the next steps for pickup or dispatch.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
