At Khilona Ghar, we aim to deliver products that bring joy and meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Returns & Exchanges (3-Day Window)
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unplayed, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and parts must be intact.
- The product should not show signs of usage, damage, or tampering.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
You will need to share:
- Order Number
- Clear unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Full refund if a replacement is not available
Important Product Condition Note
Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences, small surface marks, or outer packaging damage that do not affect the product’s functionality or play experience are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process
- Contact us with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup (depending on service availability), or
- You may need to ship the product back at your own cost if pickup is unavailable in your area
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- You will be required to share bank account details for refund processing.
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance / sale items
- Personalized or custom products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Abuse & Policy Misuse
- We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
- Repeated or abusive return requests may result in restriction of future orders or returns.
