1. Shipping within India
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In some cases (e.g. bulk orders, pre-order or out-of-stock items), dispatch may take longer. In such instances, we will notify you via email or phone.
- For out-of-stock items or products under production, dispatch may take 2-6 weeks. You will be kept informed of any delay.
2. International Shipping
- We also ship to select international destinations (e.g. USA, Europe, Middle East).
- For international orders, shipping, import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Customs clearance and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
- We will provide tracking / status updates when available.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before dispatch) by contacting us (see contact details below).
- After 24 hours, or once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be possible.
- If we cancel an order (for instance, due to pricing errors or stock issues), we will refund the full amount you paid.
- If cancellation is accepted, refunds (excluding shipping fees, if any) will be processed via your original payment method.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 3 days from the date you receive the product.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.
- To request a return or exchange, contact us with:
- Your Order Number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return / exchange
- Photographs (if applicable — e.g., for damages) if the item is wrong, defective or damaged in transit, notify us immediately (within the 3-day window).
- Upon approval, we may arrange a reverse pickup (where available). If reverse pickup is not feasible in your area, you may be asked to ship back the item at your cost.
5. Damaged / Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, send us clear photos along with your Order ID within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.
- We’ll verify the issue, and then offer you:
- A replacement (preferred), or
- A full refund (if the same item is unavailable).
- Slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality may not be considered eligible for return.
6. Refusing Delivery
- If you notice that the packaging is tampered or the item appears damaged on delivery, you may refuse acceptance.
- Immediately contact us so we can assist in resolving via return pickup or alternate arrangement.
7. Refund Processing
- Once a cancellation or return is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to share bank account details so we can process refund via bank transfer.
8. Additional Terms
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
- Frequent or abusive returns (e.g., multiple returns within a short period) may lead to refusal of future return requests.
- Some items may be marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products).
- Incomplete or incorrect address or inability to deliver due to customer-related issues may incur extra re-delivery charges, which will be passed to the customer.
